A total of 20 IAF officers took part in the recently restructured course for early use of controllers in the field

Hyderabad: The Graduation Ceremony was held on 22 March 2023 at Air Traffic Controllers Training Center (ATCOTE), Air Force Academy, Hyderabad to commemorate the successful conclusion of the 109th Batch of Air Traffic Management and Aviation Law (Fundamentals) [ATM & AL (B)].
The rigorous six-month instructional program is designed to provide young officers with introductory training in ground movement control, airfield control and approach control functions, preparing them to become qualified air traffic controllers. A total of 20 IAF officers participated in the recently restructured course for the early use of controllers in the field.
Addressing the gathering, Air Marshal B Chandra Sekhar congratulated the graduating officers and acknowledged the role of the airport controllers as the nodal agency for coordinating and implementing procedures.
