Hyderabad: The state government has decided to sell the unfinished Rajiv Swagruha Towers in Pocharam and Gajularamaram and has entrusted the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) for the sale.
The four nine-storey towers in Pocharam and the five 15-storey towers in Gajularamaram are offering pre-bid meetings, scheduled for January 9 at the Telangana Rajiv Swagruha Corporation office in Himayathnagar at 11am.
In Pocharam, at least 72 to 198 apartments can be built per tower, while at least 112 apartments can be built in each Gajularamaram tower, HMDA said in a release.
Builders, developers, societies and individuals interested in purchasing residential buildings in Pocharam and Gajularamam near the outer ring road need to pay Rs 1 million in demand draft by January 30, after which the buildings will be allocated by lottery.
