Varanasi: The court of Additional District Judge Anuradha Kushwaha has issued notice to the defendants in an amended petition filed by lawyer Hari Shankar Pandey seeking proceedings against SP chief Akhilesh Yadav, AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi and others for their alleged allegations of speech. From the Magistrate’s Court, the Amendment Petition was transferred to the ADJ-IX Court. The court started the trial procedure of the application for review and served notices to all the defendants.
“The court has set April 14 for the next hearing.”
