Das Ka Dhamki Films hits break-even target in US and Telugu

Hyderabad: Das Ka Dhamki, Vishwak Sen’s latest film, opened in theaters for Ugadi last week. Vishwak Sen directed and produced the film himself. This is the second time the actor has personally produced a film after the blockbuster “Falaknumadas”. Vishwak Sen won everyone’s hearts with his outstanding performance in a dual role in Das Ka Dhamki. He’s also great in roles in shades of gray. Telugu audiences loved Vishwak Sen’s multifaceted efforts and returned him with a lot of love, which brought the film a huge box office hit.
Das Ka Dhamki raised $8.8 million on the day it launched. This is the biggest opening in Vishwak Sen’s career. The film has now been in theaters for a successful week, and today the producers released official box office figures. Das Ka Dhamki has raised $21.8 million worldwide. The film hit its break-even target in both the US and Telugu. It was the biggest blockbuster of Vishwak Sen’s career.
Vishwak Sen also plans to release the film in Hindi. His aim may be to release in Hindi after the Telugu business ends. Vishwak Sen will also be working on a sequel to Das Ka Dhamki in a few years. He is currently busy with several projects.
Das Ka Dhamki is written by Prasanna Kumar Bezawada, author of the most recent Billion-grossing Telugu film, Dhamaka. Nivetha Pethuraj is the heroine of this movie. Leon James composed the music for Das Ka Dhamki.
