Hyderabad: A document writer was killed by unidentified men in Kothur, Rangardy district, on Sunday night. The victim, identified as Karunakar Reddy, was allegedly abducted by four people in a car.
The deceased was severely injured by four people in the car. As the victim’s health deteriorated, the four took him to a hospital in Gachibowli where he was admitted before escaping. The man, who was badly beaten, died while receiving treatment in hospital.
Police managed to identify the suspect and said there was some personal vendetta between the victim and the killer. Police said Karunakar Reddy was beaten with sticks in the car, leaving him injured.
The police transferred the body to the morgue and filed a case. Efforts are underway to apprehend the four suspects.
