Hyderabad: AP BRS Chairman Thota Chandrashekhar lauded Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao’s decision to name the new secretariat after Dr BR Ambedkar.
In a meeting organized by Jagjeevan Ram Educational Association in Ravindra Bharathi on Friday, the AP BRS chief, while thanking the Chief Minister for unveiling the 125-foot statue of Dr BR Ambedkar in the city last week, said that if the country has to make progress and To achieve development, a visionary leader like Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao should be prime minister.
Telangana is the only state that has extended 24-hour electricity supply and input subsidies under the Rythu Bandhu scheme. Apart from ensuring welfare and development, it is the duty of all Telugus to give the Chief Minister unconditional support and give him the opportunity to usher in new changes across the country.
SC Welfare Minister Koppula Eshwar, BRS MP M Jagannatham, former minister from Andhra Pradesh, Ravvela Kishore Babu and others also addressed the rally.
