Chandigarh: Shiromani Akali Dal patriarch Parkash Singh Badal, 95, has been receiving treatment at Fortis in nearby Mohali for complications from breathing difficulties.
“Given the critical health condition of Parkash Singh Badal, he will continue to be closely monitored in the Medical ICU,” the hospital said in a media release.
Earlier on Saturday, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh asked his son Sukhbir Badal about the health of the five chief ministers.
