Hyderabad: The ruling Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) has slammed the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for its community-driven politics and rampant corruption, expressing confidence that the saffron party will be knocked out in the next election.
Especially after the BJP launched a campaign chanting Hanuman Chalisa to protest the Congress Party’s pledge in its Karnataka election manifesto that Bajrang Dal would be banned.
The BRS Works Chairman reacted strongly to a tweet by BJP Union Minister Shobha Karandlaje attending a project in Karnataka reciting Hanuman Chalisa, who tweeted: “Five years of twin engines, nothing in terms of performance and delivery any performance.
Intellectually bankrupt and extremely corrupt BJP will be shut out,”
The BJP’s state unit is also working on a plan in Gandhi Bhavan, Nampally, the city, to protest the Congress party’s reported ban on Bajrang Dal.
