Hyderabad: Guardianship, starring Naga Chaitanya, opens in theaters May 12. The film will be released bilingually in Telugu and Tamil. This film is Naga Chaitanya’s first Tamil film and vice versa is director Venkat Prabhu’s first Tamil film.
There have been pre-launch events in both Hyderabad and Chennai for the past few days. The event was a complete success and received enthusiastic responses from the audience. With two days to go until the film’s release, producers submitted it for review today.
Custody is an action thriller, and it has tons of action sequences, as the team said during the promotional period. Despite the action in Custody, the censorship board gave the film a clean U/A certificate with no cuts. Inside sources say the board loved the film and enjoyed the thrills of Venkat Prabhu and his team.
The film is produced by Srinivasaa Chitturi of Srinivasaa Silver Screen. Krithi Shetty is the heroine. Arvind Swami, Sarathkumar and Priyamani play prominent roles in the film. Ilaiyaraaja and Yuvan Shankar Raja composed the music for Custody.
