Tirumala: For parents who dread queuing to take their newborns to Tirulama darshan, we have good news.
Tirumala Tirupati Devastham (TTD) officials have announced that they will provide special darshan for children below one year old and their parents free of charge.
Devotees who travel to Tirumala for Swami darshan with a one-year-old baby can go straight to the darshan without having to queue for hours in the carriage.
For this darshan, parents should bring the original birth certificate of the child or the discharge summary of the child. Parents of children should bring their identification such as Andhra Pradesh Card, Pan Card or Voter ID.
Darshan hours are 8.30am to 10.30am and 12pm to 6pm. Children under 12 also attend darshan for free. Darshan entry point is Subhadham. However, there is no advance booking or darshan fee.
