Local SI Keshava Rao opens case based on complaint from teen’s parents and launches investigation into incident
Kota Gooden: A youth who had been missing since Thursday was found dead on Friday in the Godavari River in Sunnambatti village, Dummugudem mandal in the district.
The deceased Challa Laxman (21) from Sunnambatti village ran away from her home on Thursday night. Police suspect he will commit suicide. He is said to have taken his own life by jumping into the river.
The local SI Keshava Rao opened a case based on the complaint from the youth’s parents and launched an investigation into the incident.
