Hyderabad: Maharashtra’s Bharat Rashtra Samithi workers, who participated in the party’s two-day state-level seminar, decided on Saturday to dig deeper into the pressing problems listed at the village level, which have long struggled to find solutions.
The party seminar held in Nanded the next day attracted a large number of young people. They came forward to give members a drive to great success as expected by BRS Chairman and Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao who opened the workshop on Friday.
As the senior leaders who participated in the review said, there is a new enthusiasm among the grassroots cadres. The party, Supremo, calls on young people to mold themselves into successful leaders, and it has had a stirring effect on them.
Most of the speakers at the workshop were in favor of reaching out to the farmer community and sharing their concerns in a humble way. Many farmers committed suicide, and party teams visited their families to offer moral support.
BRS teams will be moving from village to village on May 22 as part of the party’s month-long campaign and they have been asked to focus on their goals to ensure they will be at the grassroots level.
