Hyderabad police’s special investigation unit targets several, arrests 49

Hyderabad: Up to now, more than 100 TSPSC high scorers have been questioned by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) who is investigating the leakage of TSPSC test papers.
SIT has targeted several people and arrested 49. “It has recently been discovered that some of the suspects have also used the latest technology to commit crimes. At the pace of the investigation, the number of people arrested in the TSPSC file leak case may soon reach 100,” said Hyderabad police chief CV Anand.
SIT also inspected TSPSC Chairman Janardhan Reddy, Secretary Anita Ramachandran and member B Linga Reddy. The Enforcement Service is also investigating allegations of money laundering in the case. It also records statements by senior TSPSC officials.
