Pocharam IT Corridor Police manage to crack case and arrest alleged killer in the process

Hyderabad: In just eight hours of the reported murder on Monday, Pocharam IT Corridor police managed to crack the case, arresting the alleged killer in the process.
The arrested person has been identified as Susheel Goswami, a Bihari who lives in Jodimetla, Pocharam.
Goswami and the victim Dheeraj Mandal (27), both from Bihar, came to Hyderabad in search of work and started working in a cement brick factory in Jodimetla.
According to police, the pair were hosting a drinking party with their friends and colleagues on Sunday night when an altercation occurred between them.
As a result of the altercation, Goswami allegedly attacked Mandal with a cement brick, causing serious injuries which resulted in his death at the scene.
Police opened a case and launched an investigation following a complaint from the owner of the brick home on Monday morning.
Goswami was arrested at Ghatkesar Railway Station on Monday afternoon following a tip-off.
