Adipurush received a “U” certificate from the Central Board of Film Censors, CBFC. They also announced that the movie’s running time is exactly 2 hours and 59 minutes.
Fans of Prabhas and some cinephiles consider the film’s long running time to be good news, as they can witness the visual wonders of the Ramayana in detail. But on the other hand, some critics feel that it’s hard to keep audiences satisfied for about 3 hours if the VFX is weak for a well-known story.
