Hyderabad: Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has finalized a Citizenship Charter for all 150 GHMC District Offices across the city, each of which will provide 17 different Citizenship Services.
According to the regulations, potholes in the city will be repaired within 24 hours, sidewalks will be repaired within 72 hours, accumulated water will be dredged within 48 hours, and street light complaints will be resolved within 24 hours. District Government.
KT Rama Rao, Minister of Municipal Administration and Urban Development (MA & UD), will inaugurate the constituency offices on June 16.
People can visit their nearest District Office to seek redress for various grievances, each District Office will have 10 staff from various departments and will be headed by a District Administrator (WAO).

*Pit filling: 24 hours
*Catchpit cover replacement: 24 hours
* Clear water stagnation: 48 hours
*Remove choke/blockage of storm drains: 48 hours
* Clear roadside mud: 24 hours
*Sidewalk repairs: 72 hours
*Street lamp maintenance: 24 hours
*Door to door garbage collection: same day
* Oversized waste collection: same day
*Garbage Vulnerable Points (GVPs) cleaning: same day cleaning
* Clean up debris: 48 hours
*Public toilet construction and maintenance: 1 month
*Anti-larval action: 24 hours
*Fogging: 24 to 48 hours
*Dog license: 7 days
*Removal of animal carcasses: 24 hours
*Issuing ID cards for people with disabilities and senior citizens: 15 days
