Visakhapatnam: In a sensational incident, Visakhapatnam YSRCP MP MVV Satyanarayana’s wife, son and auditor were allegedly kidnapped outside their house in the city on Thursday. The kidnappers reportedly demanded a ransom of Rs 500 million.
Police formed a team of 16 and freed them within hours of their abduction. Police can track kidnappers with the help of phone signals.
Police reportedly arrested around four people in connection with the kidnapping. The kidnapping is suspected to be related to financial transactions in the real estate industry.
YSRCP MP Satyanarayana was in Hyderabad when the incident happened.
