Hyderabad: Have you ever wanted to watch a movie or show of your own choosing in a theater? You can now book a private theater to enjoy a movie or show just with your friends and family.
Binge Town, a private theater celebration, opens to the public on Thursdays in Jubilee Hills. They offer private theater rentals where customers can enjoy movies on the big screen and plan surprises to make loved ones feel special.
People can also celebrate special occasions by decorating the place as desired and streaming their own content, from wedding videos to Netflix series. If you plan on watching personal videos, then don’t forget to keep a pen drive with your content handy.
Binge Town was started by five friends last year when they couldn’t find anything interesting to do in the city, “We were bored and wanted to explore some activities in the city. We wanted to watch our favorite movies on the big screen , not just a laptop or a TV, from there we conceived of a private cinema and evolved into an end-to-end celebration and surprise service,” says Chetan Agarwal, partner at Carnival Town.
They first started the concept in Bangalore and after 8 private theaters and 7 soon to open, they brought the concept to Hyderabad. Supreme, Elite, Delight and Euphoria are the four private theaters launched by their branches, and customers can get a variety of choices according to their needs and budgets.
“Our goal is to make everyone’s celebration super easy, affordable and memorable. We offer different decorating themes in different theaters, which can be further customized according to the occasion. In addition to that, we also provide cakes , food and beverages, gifts, and many other services,” Chetan said.
The price for booking a theater depends on factors such as the number of people you want to add and services. A reservation for four persons will cost around Rs 1200. Binge Town is already accepting reservations, visit their website and choose a date and time. Their slots are generally 3 hours, but there are also a few slots that are only 1.5 hours.
