60 places for each of the 14 colleges allocated in the first phase

Hyderabad: The launch of the BSc (Hons) Computer Science course this year has received a huge response from students in the Telangana (DOST) 2023 Degree Online Service, which announced its first stage seat allocation here on Friday.
The first phase allocated all 60 places in the program to each of the 14 colleges, including a private university and 13 government degree colleges. A second phase may allow another 20 universities to introduce the program.
Likewise, all seats in the BSc (Hons) in Biotechnology offered by the City College of Government have been filled in the first stage of consultation.

Business remained the top choice for students in the DOST allocation, with 33,251 getting the business seat out of 78,212 candidates who exercised the online option.
The Telangana Higher Education Commission (TSCHE) on Friday released the seat allocation for the first phase of DOST 2023, with a total of 73,220 students getting seats. A total of 1,05,935 students registered for undergraduate admissions, 78,212 candidates offered the online option, and 73,220 were allocated places.
Registration for Phase 2 admissions and networking options is June 16-27, and seat assignments are June 30. Classes will begin on July 17th.
