New Delhi: Union Home Minister Amit Shah will be on a one-day visit to Gujarat on Tuesday and will take part in several public events including worship at the Jagannath temple, the inauguration of two parks, a railway overpass and a “bhoomipujan” at a hospital.
Shah will arrive in Gujarat later on Monday and will attend five public events scheduled for Tuesday.
On Tuesday, the Home Minister will start his day by attending the ‘Mangla Aarti’ (part of worship) at the Jagannath Temple in the Jamalpur district of Ahmedabad, Gujarat at around 3.45am.
In New Ranip, Ahmedabad, the Home Minister will inaugurate a new park by the Amdawad Municipal Corporation (AMC) at around 9.15 am. In a few minutes, the home minister will also inaugurate the new Jagatpur railway interchange in the Chandlodia area of Ahmedabad by AMC and Railways.
Amit Shah will later open a park in the Credai Gardens area of Ahmedabad.
The home minister will later attend the ‘Bhoomi Poojan’ event at the Trimurti Hospital in the Bhafra district of Ahmedabad.
