Mailardevpally Police have arrested three people for illegally selling Mephentermine Sulphate injection in Vattepally.

Hyderabad: Mailardevpally Police, in collaboration with Telangana Drug Enforcement Authority officers, arrested three people for the illegal sale of methamphetamine injection in Vattepally on Monday.
A total of 400 injection vials and other materials were seized from the three arrested, identified as Nitish, gym trainer, Rahul and Sohail.
Police said efforts were underway to identify the source of the drugs.
Mephentermine is a synthetic derivative of amphetamine that has cardiostimulant effects and is commonly abused in gyms due to its endurance-enhancing properties. However, substance abuse can lead to psychosis, cardiovascular disease and, over time, drug dependence.
