Mathura: The Radalani Temple in Barsana has issued an order banning people wearing half-length pants, Bermuda shorts and miniskirts from entering the temple.
A poster posted outside the temple on Thursday said the order would take effect within a week, said temple official Rasbihari Goswami.
Mathura temple authorities also banned pajamas and ripped jeans inside the temple.
A few months ago, the Radha Da Modar Temple here also banned people wearing such clothes.
On June 21, the management staff of the Biru Abadi Temple in Budun District implemented a dress code for people visiting the temple, prohibiting wearing jeans, T-shirts, pajamas, ripped jeans and other clothing to enter the temple.
