Mumbai: Actor Varun Dhawan wrapped up his upcoming Serbia tour of the action web series “Citadel” on Saturday.
Varun re-shared a post about his story on Instagram, captioning it: “This is a Serbian boy and girl pack,” before adding the flame emoji.
In the photo, Varun can be seen posing with actor Saqib Saleem and director-partner Raj and DK. The post was originally shared by Saqib, who wrote in the caption: “End of schedule.”
Samantha Ruth Prabhu also stars in this action-packed series from Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK. This is the Indian adaptation of the Russell Brothers series of the same name. The international version stars Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden. The release date of the Indian version of Citadel is pending.
Varun’s Citadel will premiere on the OTT platform Amazon Prime Video.
Actor Varun Dhawan and “Castle” actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu recently met with President Droupadi Murmu in Serbia.
Varun also has Bawaal and Janhvi Kapoor among his kittens. Directed by Nitesh Tiwari and starring Janhvi Kapoor, the film will premiere exclusively on Prime Video in India and 200 countries around the world in July.
The film opened in Lucknow last April, and the team then traveled to Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Bawaal marks Varun Dhawan and Janhvi’s first screen collaboration.
Apart from this, the Student Actor of the Year will also appear in Bhediya 2.
