San Francisco: Apple’s upcoming iPhone 15 Pro Max smartphone will reportedly feature new custom buttons.
Leaked images of iPhone 15 Pro Max cases have surfaced online, reports Gizmochina.
The images, published by well-known leaker Majin Bu, offer an insight into the revised exterior of the company’s upcoming flagship device.
The typical mute switch that hasn’t changed in 16 years has been relocated, the most notable modification in the leaked image.
The mute switch on earlier iPhone models is located on the top left of the device, with a flat, narrow oval opening in the housing for easy access.
However, the leaked iPhone 15 Pro Max case is markedly different from this famous design.
According to reports, the opening where the mute switch used to be has been changed and is now larger and more rounded in shape.
This modified opening will likely house a new custom button that will replace the traditional mute switch.
Previous reports have suggested that the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max smartphones will include new features like solid-state buttons with haptic feedback, titanium frames, and increased RAM.
