Bhopal: In another act of inhumanity in Madhya Pradesh, a youth was beaten and forced to lick the soles of a person’s feet in Gwalior district.

The incident took place in the Dabura region, and the victimized youth belonged to an ethnic minority community.
It is understood that the accused had asked the youngsters to meet them near the tax collection office in Gwalior to resolve old disputes.
Once there, the youths were asked to sit in the car before they drove to Dabra.
Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra said local police had arrested two people who beat and abused the victim.
“Two people were seen abusing and beating a man in a moving vehicle and were arrested. They will be punished according to the law,” Mishra said on Saturday.
