Release date – Monday, July 10 at 10:55pm
Hyderabad: While the northern part of the country is experiencing heavy rain, people in Hyderabad will have to wait a few days before seeing widespread rain.
Additionally, the public may also have to endure daytime heat as temperatures are expected to rise in the coming days. According to the Telangana State Development Planning Society (TSDPS), no rain is expected in Hyderabad until Thursday.
The India Meteorological Department reported that the city has received only 98.1mm of rain since early June, below expectations of 130.1mm. The respite from recent showers will also decrease further across regions from Tuesday to Thursday, according to the TSDPS forecast.
In addition, the weather forecast also predicted soaring temperatures across the state, making people very uncomfortable who were already struggling due to the slow progress of the monsoon. Hyderabad is expected to see temperatures between 32 and 34 degrees Celsius.
However, other parts of Telangana could face more dire conditions, with mercury levels soaring above 35 degrees Celsius.
