Hyderabad: Hyderabad Commissioner’s Task Force (West) has arrested two individuals suspected of defrauding job seekers under the pretense of arranging jobs with RBI. Officials seized seven forged cover letters from them.
Those arrested included Morachikkam Sanjeevaiah, also known as Jeevaiah, and Feroz Sulaman, while their accomplice Kiran was on the run.
The gang collected huge sums from victims Bhargavi, Shasharkar and seven others, promising to work as clerks and tellers at the Reserve Bank of India. “The crooks took the money and handed them fake job offers,” Inspector Khaleel Pasha said.
Based on the complaint, Chaderghat Police have opened a case. The commissioner’s task force tracked down Sanjivaya and Feroz and captured them on Sunday. Both were handed over to Chaderghat Police for further action.
