Hyderabad: Tired of dealing with tons of office WhatsApp groups? The app’s latest community features are a blessing, and they are. Now you can easily access all group chats by simply adding multiple group chats under one community.
This feature is designed to help workplaces, educational institutions, communities and other groups that are most likely to have multiple WhatsApp groups for different projects.
To get started, tap the new community tab, a three-person icon, at the top of the chat on Android and at the bottom on iOS. You can now create a community from scratch, create new groups or add existing groups.
After a time-saving 2GB file-sharing update, WhatsApp’s developers have impressed their users with other much-needed features. Group admins can now delete messages, up to 32 people can join a video call, and the group will have room for 1024 users!
Best of all, with the new in-chat voting feature they’ve introduced, you and your friends can finally decide where to meet up effortlessly.

YouTube Shorts Coming to TV
Similar to the unstoppable TikTok and Instagram reels, YouTube launched Shorts. With the 60-second video feature taking off on the platform, the new update will allow users to watch YouTube Shorts on their smart TVs and other big-screen streaming devices.
YouTube also removed the auto-play feature for Shorts on TV so that users could manually move to the next video.
boAt smart watch with call function
The boAt Wave Ultima, priced at Rs 2,999 in India, has made a splash with its Bluetooth calling feature. Built-in high-definition speakers and high-sensitivity microphones are designed to allow both parties to be heard clearly.
The smartwatch also features an 18-inch crack-resistant curved display, making it the company’s first smartwatch to feature a curved display in this segment.
Xbox’s Gears of War is the latest Netflix muse
Netflix is on a mission to bring game characters to life, and their latest announcement is great music for all Gears of War fans.
After Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness and Angry Birds; the OTT giant has announced a video game adaptation of the most popular sci-fi shooter series on Xbox.
It’s working on two series set in the Gears of War universe, the first being a live-action film adaptation and the second an adult animated series.

There’s a lot going on at Twitter – management changes, employees being laid off and then recalling them, the entire $8 for the blue tick, and a huge number of users leaving the platform.
Interestingly, though, the departing Twitterati appears to have found hope in a little-known open-source platform, Mastodon, which announced it had 1 million users in the past few weeks.
