Vijay Deverakonda and his mom pledge to become organ donors

Hyderabad: Telugu cinema heartthrob Vijay Deverakonda has always chosen to walk a unique path and make his mark in his own way – be it in terms of roles in the film industry or personal choices.

The “Arjun Reddy” actor continues to make headlines professionally and personally, and his recent decision to donate his organs has won many hearts.

Not only Vijay, but also his mother, Madhavi Devilakonda, decided to donate her organs after her death. The actor recently pledged to donate his organs to save the lives of others at an event at a private hospital.

Since Vijay decided to donate his organs, the actor’s mother also pledged to donate hers at the same event. According to the “Liger” actor, the South Asian nation is unaware of this important organ donation cause. If his body parts are still intact, he suggested that paramedics use his organs to help others after his death.

Meanwhile, on the work front, the “World Famous Lover” actor will co-star with Samantha Ruth Pabb in the upcoming rom-com “Kush.” Production on the upcoming film is currently on hold as the team waits for Samantha to return to work.
