Hyderabad: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) seems to have no escape in the Poachgate scandal and now there is irrefutable evidence of links between the three accused in the case and senior officials in the BJP, RSS and the Office of the Prime Minister and Union Home Minister .
Information collected by multiple media outlets for a parallel independent investigation into the uncovered covert operation in Telangana shows how the defendants, and those now connected to them, were caught up in a combination of message and call data records available on multiple servers. and other significant evidence spanning at least seven years.
Evidence has been established in several ways that the three defendants – Ramchandra Bharathi, Simhayaji and Nanda Kumar – were linked to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP National General Secretary BL Santosh, RSS General Secretary Liaison between secretary Dattatreya Hosabale, NDA Kerala convener Thushar Vellappally, Union Tourism Minister G Kishan Reddy, BJP state chairman Bandi Sanjay and Kerala doctor Jaggu Swamy.
The trio were arrested by Cyberabad police on October 26 in an sting operation in which they tried to lure four TRS lawmakers by promising huge sums of Rs 50 crore to Rs 100 crore each Join the People’s Party. . Evidence gathered from over 5TB of call logs, text messages and chat conversation data from 2015 corroborates the role of three BJP/RSS officials in a plot to overthrow the Telangana government.
Call and message data showed the pattern of the operation before it was disrupted, showing that Ramachandra Bharathi from Hyderabad contacted Jaggu Swamy in Cochin, who in turn contacted Thushar Vellappally in Ahmedabad. Thushar then called BL Santosh, who was also in Gujarat at the time, and then called/messaged Amit Shah’s office. The data is now stored in 40-50 servers spread across multiple states and with deletion of such a large amount of data impossible, the BJP now finds itself in an inescapable network.
The data retrieved from Ramachandra Bharathi’s mobile phone and laptop had messages to Jaggu Swamy, senior officials referring to “Vitamin M”, denoting money, and the amount of each MLA poached from rival parties in different states over the past few years . CCTV camera footage and several photographs in the public domain also corroborate the defendants’ claims that they have close ties to those in power.
In a conversation with the TRS MLA, Bharathi mentioned Amit Shah’s name 22 times, reiterating the latter’s involvement. The way they are giving assurances as if they were an extra-constitutional body acting on behalf of the central government can be seen from how they have promised class Y security to the TRS MLA under the arrangement made for YSRCP rebel MP K Raghu of Andhra Pradesh. Rama Krishna Raju. The defendant also mentioned the name of Saket Kumar, a senior IAS official working at the Federal Home Minister’s Office. The role of Advocate Pogulakonda Pratap from Amberpet, who is said to be a close associate of Union Minister G Kishan Reddy and who was mentioned in the conversation between the accused and the MLA, was also questioned.
