Kumram Bheem Asifabad: Tigers that have been roaming the Kaghaznagar forest area are now said to be taking temporary refuge in the forests of the Bejjur mountains. This is in the past six days, hunting a wild boar, feasting on it, and walking nearly 100 kilometers. Forest officials said the tiger was facing an intense territorial conflict from three resident tigers.
“The tiger was moving around the perimeter of an area that was left smelling of urine by a resident tiger. It had been chased by the resident tiger for trying to enter the territory on Monday. It will have to be seen whether tourists will pass to beat the local Tigers may gain the upper hand by returning to their habitat in Maharashtra,” a forest official told Telangana Today.
