Hyderabad: Apartment management solutions provider MyGate has raised Rs 100 crore in a new funding round co-led by Urban Company and Acko. Each invested Rs 500 crore, with reports valuing the company at Rs 1,700 crore after distribution.
The company last raised a $56 million Series B round in October 2019 from Tencent, Tiger Global, and others.
Earlier, MyGate announced a strategic partnership with Acko and Urban Company. It has previously said that the two will inject capital to acquire a minority stake in the company. Acko will work with the company to extend security, while Urban Company will provide home services to MyGate users.
