Hyderabad: Tollywood star Ram Charan, a household name in India with SS Rajamouli’s multi-star “RRR,” returns with another pan-India project.
The yet-to-be-titled film, announced Monday, will be directed by Buchi Babu Sana, who made his directorial debut with the blockbuster “Uppena.”
According to unit sources, the young director has prepared a strong script with universal appeal, making it a pan-Indian entertainer.
Produced by leading production house Mythri Movie Makers, the film will be installed on a huge budget on a massive scale under the banner of Vriddhi Cinemas and Sukumar Writings, the company of ‘Pushpa’ director Sukumar.
The upcoming film will be Ram Charan’s 16th project since his debut in 2007 with Puri Jagannadh’s “Chiruta”. He is now busy with his 15th film directed by Shankar. Ram Charan is the son of Tollywood Mega Star Chiranjeevi.
Producers of the upcoming film are still finalizing the names of the rest of the cast and crew.
