Hyderabad: Actor Vijay Deverakonda said it was an experience after he was questioned for about 12 hours by the Enforcement Service on Wednesday about the funding sources for his movie “Liger”.
Speaking to the media, he said: “Popularity comes with trouble and side effects. It’s an experience, it’s a life. I came to answer questions and did my job. They didn’t ask me to do it again.”
The interrogation, which began at 8.30am, lasted almost 12 hours. Filmmaker Puri Jagannadh and producer Charmee Kaur were also asked about the film’s funding two weeks ago.

“Liger” is Deverakonda’s Hindi debut. Its budget is reportedly around Rs 100 crore. The film also stars American boxing legends Mike Tyson, Ananya Pandey, Ramia Krishnan and Ronny Troy.
Next up, the actor will star in “Khushi” alongside Samantha Ruth Pabhu. The film will be in full theaters on December 23.
