Hyderabad: Maulana Azad The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) of National Urdu University (MANUU), in collaboration with the Ministry of Women’s Education and the MANUU Drama Club, will discuss “Cyberstalking and Cyber-abuse against women” and “Emotional and mental violence against women” on Friday. “Conducting talks. Talks are being organized to observe the elimination of violence and discrimination against women in Pakhwada.
Speakers – Police Inspector Sunitha, Cyberabad Women’s Police Station and Jameela Nishat, Founder and Director, Shaheen Collective will be speaking to spread awareness and raise awareness. In addition to pantomime performances, the musical Gudiya and Palinda, the club will present the skit Aurat based on Safdar Hashmi’s play.
The 16-day campaign featured film screenings on the theme of “Violence against Women”, a slogan writing contest, poster presentations, short films, documentaries and a photography competition. The final day of the event will be a Day of Reflection on December 10th.
