Sangaredy: In post Covid-19 phenomenon, more and more devotees of Lord Ayyappa are wearing Ayyappa Mala in Patancheru area.
The leaders of the Patancheru district entertain them for lunch after performing the Padi Puja. In one such project, Chitkul village Sarpanch Neelam Madhu hosted more than 5,000 Ayyappa devotees for a devotional lunch following the Padi Puja ceremony on Sunday.
A large number of others also flocked to the place. Earlier, Patancheru MLA Gudem Mahipal Reddy organized a massive event, inviting thousands of devotees. Congress, BJP and BRS leaders are also hosting mass padi programs organized by Ayyappa devotees.
