Hyderabad: On Thursday, Finance Minister T Harish Rao slammed Telugu SAM chief N Chandrababu Naidu for inflicting injustice on Telangana during the former Andhra Pradesh’s nine years in power. Harish Rao said that during Naidu’s rule, small irrigation systems were neglected, and Naidu even went so far as to say that farming was “wasteful”. Transport Minister Puvvada Ajay Kumar said that Naidu’s taking of seven mandals along with the 460 MW Lower Sileru hydropower project within a month of Andhra Pradesh’s formation had caused a grave injustice to Telangana especially the Khammam area.
