Take a duck and rinse it thoroughly. Now, prepare the paste for marinating the duck. In a pan, take some oil and add a spoonful of ginger garlic paste. Let the paste sizzle well, then add the red pepper paste. When done, add coriander powder, cumin powder, cardamom powder and paprika powder. Mix it thoroughly and add crushed kasuri methi to it to enhance its flavour. Now, let it cool, then add some fresh yogurt. Mix it well and marinate duck with this delicious paste. Let the marinated duck sit in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Then, put it in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes, and the hot iron plate roast duck is ready.

Take a turkey, clean it properly and immerse it in brine for 2-3 hours. Take a pan and melt the butter. Add lemon zest, lemon juice and thyme according to the weight of the turkey. Add the marinated butter to the skin of the turkey with the onion, garlic, Maltese oranges, fresh thyme and black pepper. Roast the packed turkey at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes, now the packed roast turkey is ready to serve.
