The chief secretary said Mahender Reddy was always approachable and had a good relationship with all departments.
He said Mahender Reddy has made a great contribution to the police department by harnessing the power of technology, people friendly philosophy, providing infrastructure support and police department recruitment drive.
Mahender Reddy said that although he works in the police force, he works closely with all other parts of the government because he believes most problems can be avoided if all departments work together.
Only organizations that embrace technology can survive, he said, so he’s constantly working to bring technology into police department operations. He said all sectors need to come together to achieve the common goal of peace and progress for the country.
Chief DGP Anjani Kumar said the Telangana police were not only a role model for other countries, but people from other countries also appreciated the operation of the police department.
The Police Department owes its success to the synergy and support of all other departments, he said, adding that it was a huge responsibility entrusted to him to carry on the legacy nurtured and nurtured by the outgoing DGP.
