Four civilians killed, six wounded in Jammuraghuri terror attack

At least 4 civilians killed, 6 others wounded in terror attack in village in J&K’s Rajouri district

Jammu: At least four civilians were killed and six others were injured in a terrorist attack in a village in J&K’s Rajouri district on Sunday night, police said.

Police sources said the terrorists fired at three houses in Danri village, about 8 kilometers from Rajuri town.

“Terrorists shot at civilians living in three families in Danri village, injuring 10 people.

“While doctors said the three injured had been declared dead, another died of his injuries in hospital,” a police officer said.

“Senior police and military officers arrived in the village to monitor the cordon and hunt for terrorists,” said a source.

The injured are being airlifted to Jammu Medical College Hospital for specialized treatment, an official said.
