Nizamabad: Police Commissioner KR Nagaraju said all arrangements have been made for the fitness test for recruitment of constables and deputy inspectors at the Rajaram Stadium in Nagaram, Nizamabad town. The physical fitness test is scheduled to take place from December 8 to 22.
Nagaraju said 11,393 candidates who passed the preliminary written test were selected for the physical fitness test, out of which 9,025 were male and 2,327 were female. The entire physical testing area is under CCTV cameras to check for irregularities. RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) readers were used for accurate timing of the men’s 1600-meter run and the women’s 800-meter run. For the convenience of female candidates, batches were allocated on special days this time. Officers and staff involved in the selection process have received special training, he said.
He said that about 600 to 1,000 candidates will take the physical test at 5 o’clock every morning, and those who pass will take the final written test. From certificate verification to physical fitness test, the whole process will be carried out in a planned way. Use technology in an innovative way without any possibility of non-compliance.
