Shaakuntalam starring Samantha opens in theaters worldwide today in multiple languages.

Hyderabad: Allu Arjun has a lot to do with the movie Shaakuntalam even though he didn’t play any role in the movie directly. This is because of several special reasons: the heroine Samantha is his very good friend; he collaborated with director Gunasekhar earlier in the movie Rudramadevi; most importantly, his daughter Allu Arha played King Bharatha in the movie, as a child artist Debut with Shaakuntalam.
Shaakuntalam opens in theaters worldwide today in multiple languages. On this occasion, Allu Arjun sent his best wishes to the Shaakuntalam team via his twitter. Allu Arjun singled out the film’s cast and crew in his tweet.
Allu Arjun called Shaakuntalam an epic project and wished all the best to the trio: Director Gunasekhar, Producer Neelima Guna and Producer Dil Raju. He also sent his warmest wishes to his dearest lady Samantha and his Mallu brother Dev Mohan.
Allu Arjun would like to thank Gunasekhar for introducing Allu Arha to Shaakuntalam and taking such good care of her during filming. He hoped that the audience will definitely like the small and special screen image of Aluaha in the film. Allu Arjun will cherish this special moment forever.
