Hyderabad: The first Apple store in India will be located at Jio Worlds Drive Mall in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex, owned by Mukesh Ambani.
Apple recently revealed what its Apple BKC store in India will look like. About 22 competing brands were banned from setting up shop or advertising near the Apple BKC store, the report said.
Amazon, Facebook, Google, LG, Microsoft, Sony, Twitter, Bose, Dell, Devialet, Foxconn, Garmin, Hitachi, HP, HTC, IBM, Intel, Lenovo, Nest, Panasonic, Toshiba are 21 unopenable Store near competing brand Apple BKC. Apple has signed an 11-year lease with Mukesh Ambani’s Jio World Drive Mall, the report said. The company will pay Rs 4.2 lakh per month with an annual growth rate of 15% and will share 2% of its revenue for the first three years. In addition, the share contribution will increase to 2.5%.
