Earlier, Harish Rao inaugurated the Freedom Park and Patancheru District Cooperative Central Bank (DCCB) branch. Rao also unveiled a huge national flag at Liberty Park, which was developed at a cost of Rs 326 crore. The DCCB branch was established with a budget of Rs 150 crore. The Minister also inaugurated the R&B Hotel in Patancheru Town which cost Rs 2.4 billion to build.
