Hyderabad: Two people were killed and several others were injured when a car plowed into them on Banjara Hills Road No 3 in the early hours of Sunday.
The accident happened at around 5.30am when a car carrying a group of young people lost control due to speeding and slammed into vehicles and pedestrians.
Two people died at the scene and many others were injured.
The police who received the news rushed to the scene and sent the injured to the hospital. The bodies of the two victims were transferred to the morgue.
A case is booked. The driver and other occupants of the car were allegedly engineering students.
