Colonel Anil Kumar is awarded the Guard of Honor by the cadets and conducts the regiment’s annual review

Hyderabad: Hyderabad Group Commander Colonel Anil Kumar inspected the 1st Telangana R&V Regiment on Wednesday. The cadets presented him with a guard of honor and an annual review of the regiment, which included a tour of the regiment complex, including offices, shop, stables and obstacle course.
Colonel Anil interacted with the meritorious cadets and achievers, and congratulated the meritorious cadets of the R&V Regiment who participated in the 2023 Republic Day Parade Equestrian Event in New Delhi and won medals.
During the visit, trainee J Sagar and trainee B Mahesh also performed show jumping.
NCC’s 1st Telangana Reinforced Veterinary (R&V) Regiment was incorporated in March 1966 in former Andhra Pradesh to train students of the NCC Veterinary College.
The R&V Corps is co-located with Rajendra Nagar Veterinary College, Hyderabad and has students from Rajendra Nagar Agricultural College and Government Junior College, Hyderabad and Korutra Veterinary College.
