San Francisco: Twitter Chief Executive Elon Musk has said the company could put users who violate its policies in a virtual prison.
A Twitter follower shared a suggestion that Musk improve the microblogging site by putting users in a “Twitter jail.”
“Twitter Proposal 2: Twitter to Jail!” Share the reason for the ban, the number of violations and when the account will be released,” the user posted.
Musk replied, “Yes.”
Twitter users also suggested another change to improve the Weibo platform.
“Twit suggestion: Add Reach stats to Tweet Activity buttons. Impression stats look cool, but not very useful,” the user wrote.
“Good idea,” Musk said.
In one of its latest product enhancement announcements, Musk tweeted last week that the microblogging site was working on a solution to automatically convert long texts into threads, since Twitter only allows 280 characters, which makes Writing long texts is challenging for users.
Earlier this week, he said the company would work to speed up uploads on the Weibo platform, where videos would be given priority.
