Five men captured by Hyderabad women’s team sentenced to jail terms ranging from five to eight days by local court for molesting women

Hyderabad: Five people captured by the Hyderabad women’s team were sentenced to jail terms ranging from five to eight days by the local court on Friday for harassing women.
In one case, V. Ramachandru, a night watchman from Punjagutta, was sentenced to 8 days’ imprisonment for misbehaving and threatening a female resident of the flat where he had been working.
In another case, M. Anjaneyulu, a private employee of LB Nagar, was sentenced to five days’ imprisonment for defrauding a woman in the name of love and maintaining an extramarital affair.
In the third case, V.Rajkiran (32), a car driver from Banjara Hills, was sentenced to 5 days’ imprisonment for harassing and threatening his homeowner. Likewise, in another case, Mohd. Shahbazuddin (23), a car driver was jailed for eight days for abusing a female driver.
In the fifth case, K.Murali (32) from Madhapur was sentenced to 8 days in jail for making a nude video call and abusing a woman near him.
