A police officer in Golconda district hanged himself in his house. It is suspected that he was disturbed by personal and family problems.

Hyderabad: A police officer hanged himself at his home in Golconda district on Tuesday. Suspected of being distraught by personal and family problems, he took his own life, police said.
The policeman, Mahaveer (32), was stationed at the traffic police station in Saifabad. Mahaviel appeared distraught over the past few days and ended up hanging from a ceiling fan in his bedroom, according to police. Police said the family had no suspicions about his death.
After receiving the news, the Golconda police rushed to the scene and launched an investigation. A case was opened and the body was transferred to the mortuary of Osmania General Hospital for an autopsy.
