Hyderabad: Nasdaq-listed global digital engineering firm Grid Dynamics, which launched its India operations in Hyderabad in November, has announced the acquisition of Mutual Mobile. Founded in 2009 and based in the US and Hyderabad, Mutual Mobile provides design and development of applications incorporating Mobile, Augmented, Virtual and Mixed Reality.
It also provides cloud and IoT related solutions. With approximately 200 employees across India and North America, Mutual Mobile will support Grid Dynamics’ goal of diversifying its global customer base and developing quality engineering talent in specific verticals.
“We are bullish on India. The motivation for this acquisition is strong digital engineering talent around artificial intelligence, data, cloud and user experience,” Grid Dynamics CEO Leonard Livschitz said in a release.
